.DISCUSSION...High pressure continues to promote clear skies today
with minimum RH values between 35 to 45 percent. A cold front will
then pass through tomorrow morning which will bring breezy
conditions with sustained winds of 15 to 20 mph, gusting around 30
mph. Minimum RH drops further to around 30 percent, bringing higher
than normal fire weather concerns.
