WHERE...Central Iowa. WHEN...Today, especially from early afternoon until 8 PM. IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become uncontrollable. PREPAREDNESS AND PRECAUTIONARY ACTIONS...Burning is discouraged under these conditions.
