The arrival of the colder air is enhancing wind gusts over
northern Iowa this evening. Expect wind gusts as high as 40 to 45
mph at times from the northwest through 9 pm this evening.

If traveling this evening; especially in high profile vehicles, be
aware of stronger winds and the potential for more difficulty in
maintaining control of your vehicle at higher speeds.
