* WHAT...Very cold wind chills of 20 to 35 below expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, northeast, northwest,
  southwest, and west central Iowa.

* WHEN...For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until noon CST today.
  For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 3 AM to 11 AM CST
  Monday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills of 20 to 35 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
