fog and drizzle. Winds will be light out of the east and steadily
flipping to southeast then southerly through the morning. Due to
cloud cover, mixing will be minimal today, leading to poor smoke
dispersion. Temperatures only warm up marginally, currently around
43 degrees and warming to around 47 degrees.
