At 531 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds of 20 to 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located 7 nm north of Herbster, or 36 nm east of Duluth Lift Bridge Channel, moving east at 15 knots. Locations impacted include...
