These conditions could lead to the rapid spread of fires. Check burning restrictions and fire danger before burning. A Fire Weather Watch is in effect for Aitkin, Cass, and Crow Wing Counties on Monday for the potential for critical fire weather conditions. Visibility of 1 mile or less is possible, particularly near bays and river mouths. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday Strong west to northwest winds of 10 to 20 knots with gusts of 20 to 30 knots are forecast Monday night and Tuesday and will likely create conditions hazardous to small craft through Tuesday night.
