If there are questions or concerns with this forecast, or if conditions become unrepresentative, contact the National Weather Service in Duluth at 218-729-0653. .DISCUSSION... There are some sprinkles out there early this morning, but are unlikely to do more than wet the pavement with minimal effects on the levels of Miller Creek. While we have northeast winds currently, given the terrain and generally light flow, the direction is likely to vary between northeast and southeast overnight, but then increase and become steadier out of the east after sunrise Tuesday. For avaiation concerns, ceilings will remain VFR with visibility of 6sm or better. There may be an area of low clouds and fog that develops near the head of Lake Superior and spreads up the St. Louis river valley, but should stay south of the search location. .REST OF TONIGHT...
