There is a 30 to 40 percent chance of rain showers and thunderstorms
tonight into early Friday morning, before 4 am CDT. Otherwise,
Friday will be mostly sunny and warm with a high temperature near 81.
Winds be from the east in the morning, shifting to the northeast in the
afternoon with a weak lake breeze from Lake Superior. The timing of the
lake breeze will impact how far relative humidity drops. If the lake
breeze does not reach the burn site, minimum relative humidity could be
another 5-8 percent lower than forecast, and winds remaining from the
east or southeast. Saturday will be warm again and breezy with southerly
winds gusting to 27 mph.
