.DISCUSSION...
Light southwest winds becoming southerly during the afternoon with
clouds increasing through the day. There is expected to be a low-
level inversion through the day, and this will keep smoke
dispersal conditions in the poor to fair range. Light snow may
develop (20% chance) in the late afternoon with little to no
accumulations. This snow chance continues Tuesday night, ending
before sunrise Wednesday with total accumulations less than half
an inch. A clearing trend is expected Wednesday with winds
becoming breezy from the northwest. Better smoke dispersal
conditions Wednesday with the gusty winds and a slightly higher
inversion height.
