Rain chances will decrease early Thursday morning, before 6 AM.
Rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch are expected
overnight. Partly sunny to mostly cloudy skies are forecast
although there may be a few breaks in the clouds. High temperature
will be around 45 degrees and minimum humidity will be in the
mid-70 percent range. Northeast winds are forecast around 5 mph.
Smoke dispersal will be poor to fair with smoke moving toward the
southwest.
