Mostly cloudy skies today with light snow possible by late
morning. Southwest winds will gust to 20 mph and shift to the west
late this afternoon. Temperatures will start out below zero but
will rise well into the twenties today. Mild temperatures will
continue Thursday with winds out of the northwest.
