PM CST /5 PM MST/ MONDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to two inches.

* WHERE...Portions of south central, southwest, and west central
  Kansas.

* WHEN...From 3 AM CST /2 AM MST/ to 6 PM CST /5 PM MST/ Monday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous.  The snow will be drier due to
  the arctic airmass and with lighter winds the snow should stick to
  the roads pretty effectively leading to slick spots and minor
  traffic impacts.
