S. Drought Monitor, the severe (D2) drought area has been reduced to small pockets, including parts of Grant, Hodgeman, Ness, Rush and Pratt counties. .Hydrologic conditions: There are no hydrological concerns. .SUMMARY OF IMPACTS: The recent rains have improved prospects for summer and fall crops. .DROUGHT MITIGATION ACTIONS: .None. .LOCAL DROUGHT OUTLOOK: The seasonal drought outlook from CPC indicates a persistence of drought this summer. .NEXT ISSUANCE DATE: This product will be updated by July 28 or sooner if drought conditions worsen.
