...AN AREA OF SNOW WILL AFFECT SOUTHWESTERN LARAMIE COUNTY...

At 917 AM MST...An area of snow was affecting portions of
southwestern Laramie County. Periods of snow will persist through
the morning.

HAZARD...Ongoing snow reducing visibility.

SOURCE...Radar and Webcams.

IMPACT...Hazardous travel conditions due to slick roads and low
         visibilities.

Locations impacted include...
Cheyenne, Burns, Happy Valley, Federal, Table Mountain Ranches,
Rocking Star Ranch, Silver Sage Estates, Laramie County Fairgrounds
at Archer, Hillsdale, Fox Farm-College, Cheyenne Regional Airport,
Winchester Hills, South Greeley Highway, Ranchettes, Warren AFB,
Frontier Park, Whitaker, North Cheyenne, South Cheyenne, and
Carpenter.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 25 in Wyoming between mile markers 1 and 40.
 Interstate 80 in Wyoming between mile markers 346 and 386.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be
prepared for snow or ice covered roads. Slow down and allow extra
time when traveling.
