...GUSTY WINDS AND AREAS OF FALLING AND BLOWING SNOW THIS
MORNING...

Winds will be increasing over the High Plains this morning, with
widespread gusts to around 45 MPH leading to areas of
blowing/drifting snow and reduced visibility. A brief period of
gusts to around 60 MPH may be possible with the initial frontal
passage early this morning, especially in the wind prone areas of
Interstate 25.

In addition, light to moderate snow showers will continue through
Thursday morning, with a dusting to an inch or two of snow
possible. Travelers should be prepared for periods of reduced
visibility and slick conditions due to the blowing and drifting
snow Thursday morning.
