The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a Red Flag
Warning, which is in effect from 11 AM to 8 PM MDT Sunday. a Fire
Weather Watch has also been issued. This Fire Weather Watch is in
effect from Monday morning through Monday evening.

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 434.Fire weather zone
  435.Fire weather zone 436.Fire weather zone 437.Fire weather
  zone 417.Fire weather zone 418.Fire weather zone 419.Fire
  weather zone 420.Fire weather zone 421.Fire weather zone
  422.Fire weather zone 423.Fire weather zone 425.Fire weather
  zone 427.Fire weather zone 428.Fire weather zone 433.

* WIND...West to southwest winds 10 to 20mph for areas of
  southeast Wyoming. South winds of 20 to 30mph for areas in
  western Nebraska. Wind gusts to 30 to 40mph possible.

* HUMIDITY...10-15 percent.

* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
