* WHERE...Along Highway 26 Between Torrington, Wyoming and
  Bridgeport, Nebraska. Fog is particularly dense between Torrington
  and Morrill.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM MDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous
  along Highway 26.
