.DISCUSSION...

Cold and dry weather will continue through the day on Tuesday. Expect poor
smoke dispersal with low cloud ceilings and a strong inversion in place.
Cold and moist low-level air will keep RH values high through the forecast
period. Winds will shift to northwest on Wednesday however smoke dispersal
will remain poor with inversions remaining in place for most of the day.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (30-40 percent).
CWR.................4 percent.

Max temperature.....Around 32.
Min humidity........46 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........West winds 14 to 15 mph, with gusts up to 35 to 40 mph
                    possible.
Mixing height.......500 ft AGL.
Transport winds.....West 18 to 25 mph.
Smoke dispersal.....Poor (3700 knot-ft).
Haines Index........3 to 4 or very low to low potential for large
                    plume dominated fire growth.
