.DISCUSSION...

An upper level shortwave may produce showers between 6 to 10pm for the Rawlins area. Its uncertain if the rain
will reach the ground due to the dry low level air near the surface. However, gusty showers will gusts between 45
to 60 mph can not be ruled out especially if the rain doesn`t reach the ground. Showers look to cease around midnight
at the latest. Otherwise winds will shift to the southeast overnight after the shortwave has passed.
