.DISCUSSION...
Today, Mostly clear skies as an upper level ridge pattern sets up over the Intermountain West.
Due to the subsident flow of the ridge convection will be minimal mostly around the foothills between Laramie and Cheyenne,
but there is a very small chance a shower may pop up near Rawlins. Winds are going to peak from the East to Northeast around 20 mph this afternoon
to decent dispersal thanks to a weak jet. However, once that jet goes away dispersal will become poor. RH values look to be between
10 to 20 percent for Carbon County.
