Dry conditions are expected today as a ridge of high pressure sits
overhead. High temperatures will be well above average for areas
east of the Laramie Range, adding to the dryness. Breezy conditions
are also expected throughout the morning and into the early
afternoon, but winds will quickly ease mid-afternoon and into the
evening.
