Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Southeast Wyoming/Western Nebraska
National Weather Service CHEYENNE WY
218 AM MST Wed Jan 8 2025

.DISCUSSION...

Minimal fire weather concerns over the next several days due to snow
cover and cold temperatures. Winds will be on the increase in the wind
prone areas today, with gusts over 60 MPH possible. Widespread breezy
to windy conditions are expected Thursday over the High Plains, but
snow cover and cold temperatures will keep fire weather concerns low.
