Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Southeast Wyoming/Western Nebraska
National Weather Service CHEYENNE WY
106 AM MDT Sun Jul 6 2025

.DISCUSSION...

Elevated fire weather conditions expected across Carbon County today
through much of the weekend an early next week. Afternoon relative
humidity values will fall into the 10 to 15 percent range though
winds will remain relatively light, preventing critical fire weather
conditions from forming. Additionally, daily storm chances are in
store for much of the area, further decreasing fire weather concerns.
Drier conditions will become more widespread through the middle of the
week as temperatures return to above average and daily precipitation
chances decrease.
