.DISCUSSION...Elevated fire weather concerns are ongoing across
our western zones, primarily in Carbon County, this afternoon, but
should be alleviating here soon as winds lessen and RH values
increase. Low RH values will shift eastwards towards the WY/NE
border on Thursday before a surge of moisture on Friday brings
higher values through the end of the seven day forecast period,
with no fire weather concerns expected for the rest of the period.
