Critical fire weather conditions expected to start this afternoon for fire weather zones 422 to 426 and will continue through the end of the week. Very poor overnight humidity recoveries are expected in these zones every night this week. Gusty winds will briefly decrease overnight before picking back up in the late morning/early afternoon hours. As for fire weather zones 420, 421, 427, 428, and 429, a Fire Weather Watch will remain in effect throughout the entire week with occasional upgrades to Red Flag Warnings on the worst days. These zones have been upgraded to a Red Flag Warning from noon Tuesday through 6 PM Tuesday when gusty winds combined with very low humidity values are expected. 6 PM Tuesday onwards, the Fire Weather Watch will continue through Friday.
