Additional snow accumulations 2 to 3 inches with locally higher amounts over northwest Warren County. * WHERE...McKean and Warren Counties. * WHEN...Until noon EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening and Thursday morning commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind gusting into the 20s will also cause blowing and drifting snow.
