* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulation between 2 and 4
  inches. Total snow accumulation 5 to 8 inches.

* WHERE...Somerset County.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions. Travel could be very
  difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow will fall between 2 and 6
  PM with rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour possible.
