...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN LANCASTER AND
SOUTHEASTERN YORK COUNTIES THROUGH 715 PM EDT...

At 641 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 17 miles south of New Holland to 12 miles
south of Willow Street to 13 miles southeast of Red Lion. Movement
was east southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Delta, Wakefield, Holtwood, Sunnyburn, Susquehanna Trails, Fawn
Grove, Kirkwood, Little Britain, Peach Bottom, and Buck.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

If boating, fishing or swimming on or adjacent to an area lake or
river, get out of the water and move indoors or inside a vehicle.
Remember, lightning can strike out to 10 miles from the parent
thunderstorm. If you can hear thunder, you are close enough to be
struck by lightning. Move to safe shelter now! Do not be caught on
the water in a thunderstorm.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 PM EDT for
south central Pennsylvania.
