TIOGA COUNTIES...

HAZARDS...A band of heavy snow which can rapidly reduce visibility to
a quarter of a mile.

LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 531 AM EST, a band of heavy snow was along
a line extending from Westfield to East Branch Dam and moving east at
50 MPH.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
Elkland, Cross Fork, Mansfield, Galeton, Harrison Valley, Crosby,
Tioga, Roseville, Wellsboro, Austin, Leonard Harrison State Park,
Covington, Westfield, Genesee, Denton Hill State Park, Osceola, Ole
Bull State Park, Lyman Run State Park, Morris, and Tioga Junction.

This includes the following highways...
 Route 6 from west of Port Allegany to the Bradford county line.
 Route 15 from Covington to Lawrenceville.

may lead to accidents.
