Cold and blustery conditions will persist across the Commonwealth
through Thursday. Over the Northwest Mountains and Laurel
Highlands, a long period of mainly light snow will result in
light to moderate snow accumulations through Thursday. A few to
several inches will accumulate in the higher elevations of the
Laurel Highlands and the usual lake effect snow belt of northwest
PA.

The remainder of the week will continue blustery and cold. High
temperatures only in the teens and 20s on Wednesday and Thursday
will combine with northwest winds gusting 25 to 35 mph to produce
single digit wind chills (above and below zero).
