Regional Weather Summary
National Weather Service State College PA
515 AM EDT Fri May 16 2025

Periods of rain and scattered thunderstorms will continue into
the first half of the weekend. Some storms may produce hail,
localized damaging wind gusts and heavy drenching downpours.

Today will be the warmest day of the week and it will feel like
summer with highs in the 75 to 85 degree range. The very warm
temperatures will also be accompanied by muggy and humid
conditions.

Temperatures will gradually cool down by Sunday into the 60s and
70s with a gusty northwest breeze directing much drier and less
humid air into the Keystone State. Aside from a stray shower in
the northern tier, rain-free conditions are expected across the
majority of the Commonwealth Sunday into Monday.
