Low pressure near Albany New York late this evening will continue
to deepen as the low moves down the Saint River Valley overnight.
This will result in strong winds as a cold front moves across the
Keystone state overnight. Wind gusts to between 45 and 55 mph
will be occur into Thursday morning. Wind advisories are in effect
for much of the Keystone state into Thursday morning.

Winds will weaken Thursday afternoon, as high pressure builds into
the eastern states by Thursday evening. Another cold front will
move across Pennsylvania late Friday. Low pressure moving
northeast from central Great Plains on Sunday will bring in the
coldest air of the season by Monday.

Lows tonight will be in the 30s. Highs on Thursday will range from
the 40s across the mountains, to the mid 50s across the southeast.
Lows Thursday night will range from the upper 20s across the
north, to the lower to mid 30s across the south. Highs on Friday
will be mainly in the lower to mid 50s.
