Regional Weather Summary
National Weather Service State College PA
800 PM EDT Tue Jul 1 2025

A few showers and thunderstorms will linger through the rest of
the evening ahead of a weak cold front tracking through
Pennsylvania. Any additional rainfall will be much lighter than
earlier this afternoon and the threat for additional flooding is
very low.

Slightly cooler and drier air will work into the northern and
western sections of the Keystone state tonight, as the cold front
moves to the south and east of the area by Wednesday morning. A
few showers could linger across far southeastern Pennsylvania into
Wednesday, but most of the day on Wednesday should feature dry
conditions. High temperatures will range from the upper 70s to the
mid 80s.

Looking ahead to Thursday, scattered showers and storms will be
possible, as a secondary front drops southward from New York
state. After this front moves across the area, dry conditions
are expected for the fourth of July.
