Weak high pressure will move over Pennsylvania tonight and bring
mainly clear and cold conditions tonight with light wind and lows
of 10 to 15 degrees across the northern counties and upper teens
to low 20s as you head south of interstate 80 to near the Maryland
Border.

Another fast moving low pressure system will track South of the
State Saturday evening then exiting off the East coast by Sunday
mid day. This system will bring a mixture of precipitation to the
Keystone state later Saturday into early Sunday morning.

Locally heavy ice accumulations around one third of an inch will
be possible across the Laurel Highlands where a Winter Storm
Watch is in effect from Saturday afternoon into early Sunday
morning. Areas around Pittsburgh will only see rain Saturday night
with some residual snow showers Sunday morning after the
atmosphere cools. Expect all snow North of I80 and wintry mix
across the remainder of the state. Areas south of I76 transition
to rain by mid morning Sunday.
