...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Visibility below one quarter of a mile in dense fog.

* WHERE...Blair, Cambria, Cameron, Clearfield, Elk, Northern Centre,
  and Somerset Counties.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
  Moisture may also freeze onto roads and bridges, making icy
  patches.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The fog is occurring while temperatures are
  around or even below freezing in some areas. This could lead to
  some moisture freezing on the roads, mainly on the bridges and
  overpasses.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use your low-beam headlights, and leave
plenty of distance ahead of you.
