Temperatures will continue to rise this afternoon, thus the threat
of dangerously cold wind chills has ended. Wind chills are expected
to remain cold across the higher elevations tonight and into
Thursday morning with minimum wind chills of 5 to 10 below zero
possible before temperatures increase on Thursday.
