* WHAT...For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low
  as 15 to 20 below zero expected. For the Extreme Cold Warning,
  dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero expected.

* WHERE...Cambria and Somerset Counties.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 4 AM Monday to 1 AM EST
  Tuesday. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 1 AM Tuesday to noon
  EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia are possible if precautions
  are not taken.
