.DISCUSSION...
Low dewpoints have mixed down to the surface this morning, with
current RH values in the upper 20s to lower 30s. As temperatures
rise this afternoon, dewpoints are expected to slowly increase as
well, with minimum RH values as low as 20 percent possible. Winds
will gradually increase this afternoon with occasional gusts to 10
or 15 mph out of the southeast.

A moistening easterly flow off of the Atlantic Ocean is likely
Thursday. Minimum relative humidity Thursday afternoon should be
between 50 and 60 percent over most of Central Pennsylvania.
