.DISCUSSION...
The wind will get less gusty tonight, but stay up around
5-10 MPH. After a brief, passing shower in the ANF and
northern tier of counties through 4 or 5 PM, it will be dry
for the next 9-12 hours. Before sunrise, additional showers
will move in from the northwest. Dewpoints rise tonight and
Saturday. A cold front will bring more showers and
thunderstorms to many places north and west of Altoona, State
College and Williamsport. Only spotty showers are expected
southeast of those towns.
Behind the cold front, Sunday will be cooler and generally
dry with variable amounts of clouds and winds out of the
northwest at 5 to 15 mph. RH values could dip below 30% again
Sunday afternoon.
