...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for a portion of central
Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Bedford and Somerset.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat this morning.

Additional rainfall is expected this afternoon with a brief break
later this evening and early tonight. Then thunderstorms are again
possible late tonight. If flooding looks possible during either of
those periods, another watch may be issued.
