...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
  areas, Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Clearfield, Fulton, Huntingdon,
  Juniata, Mifflin, Northern Centre, Northumberland, Perry,
  Schuylkill, Snyder, Somerset, Southern Centre and Union.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Widespread showers and thunderstorms are expected this
    afternoon within a very moist and unstable environment.
    Maximum rainfall rates of 2-3 inches per hour are anticipated
    and may overlap with the highly urban corridors as well as
    compromised terrain due to heavy rainfall last night. Some
    significant flash flooding impacts are possible.
