TUESDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Mixed wintry precipitation possible. Light snow, sleet, and
  icing accumulations are possible.

* WHERE...All of South Texas excluding the barrier islands.

* WHEN...From late Monday night through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. The hazardous conditions could
  impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes.
