  NM...
  Copano, Aransas, and Redfish Bays...
  Corpus Christi and Nueces Bays...
  Waters from Baffin Bay to Port Aransas from 20 to 60 NM...
  Waters from Port Aransas to Matagorda Ship Channel from 20 to 60
  NM...

* Until 700 PM CDT.

* At 501 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 21 nm northeast of Port Aransas to 10 nm southeast
  of Rockport to 6 nm north of Ingleside On The Bay, moving south at
  30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

  SOURCE...ASOS, RAWS and mesonet stations.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher
           waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours. Make sure
           all on board are wearing life jackets.

* Locations impacted include...
  Riviera Beach, Flour Bluff, Packery Channel, Portland, Corpus
  Christi North Beach, Corpus Christi Naval Air Station, Port
  Aransas, Ingleside On The Bay, Downtown Corpus Christi, and
  Malaquite Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
