  Nueces, Inland Refugio, Inland San Patricio, Jim Wells, La Salle,
  Live Oak, McMullen, Victoria, and Webb Counties.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
