* WHAT...For the first Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills
  as low as 18 expected. For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing
  temperatures as low as 27 expected. For the second Cold Weather
  Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 16 expected.

* WHERE...Bee, Goliad, Inland Calhoun, Inland Refugio, Inland San
  Patricio, Live Oak, and Victoria Counties.

* WHEN...For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until 9 AM CST this
  morning. For the Freeze Warning and second Cold Weather Advisory,
  from midnight tonight to 9 AM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with
  prolonged exposure. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops,
  other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
