...POSSIBLE FUNNEL CLOUDS TODAY...

Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected
through the morning, then decreasing to isolated this afternoon.
The atmosphere is favorable for funnel clouds to develop. There is
a low (5-10%) chance of waterspouts developing with the stronger
storms. Some of the storms may also produce wind gusts around 30
knots and frequent lightning.

Mariners should continue to monitor the latest weather updates
and possible Special Marine Warnings. Make sure all on board are
wearing life jackets and be prepared to seek safe harbor.
