.DISCUSSION...
Relative humidity will fall through the day to just above 40%.
Temperatures will remain relatively constant, around 40 degrees
today as a brisk north wind (10-15 MPH Gusts to 20 MPH) brings
some cooler air south through the day. Low pressure will begin to
move north overnight continuing the overcast sky, winds will
diminish and become Northeast at 5 MPH overnight. Rain chances
will increase through the day on Thursday, with periods of rain
during the afternoon and evening. The rain is expected to move out
of the incident site by Friday afternoon.
