.DISCUSSION...

Weak winds out of the southeast can be expected this morning. A
cold front will make its approach by mid-day, but will likely
stall near the burn site leaving mainly light winds in place.
Northerly flow will develop this evening into tonight when the
front finally propagates through. RH values are expected to stay
moderate today. Confidence in whether the front stalls or not is
only moderate, and if it does move through, winds could shift
northerly earlier in the afternoon with lower RH values settling
in.
