.DISCUSSION...
Relative humidity values are expected to continue to gradually
increase through Thursday, remaining above critical thresholds. Low
chances for rain today will begin to increase late tonight into
tomorrow morning increasing to medium chances (20-50%) during the
Thursday morning hours and high chances (70-95%) Thursday afternoon.
Below normal temperatures are generally expected through the
forecast period with widespread rain expected to continue Friday.
Dry conditions Saturday will increase the probability for Elevated
Fire Weather conditions but winds will be light enough to negate
fire weather concerns at this time.
